Sponsorship at the meeting provides various opportunities for public and private organisations to have visible exposure and reach out to the highest level of the international community.

The role of sponsors at ICANN LUXEMBOURG 2005

ICANN LUXEMBOURG 2005 is convened by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers and it is hosted by the Internet Society Luxembourg , the Fondation Restena and the Service des Médias et des Communications of the Prime Minister's Office.

During the event, major telematic challenges regarding the future of the Internet, the management of domain names and other technical aspects related to the web infrastructure will be addressed.

As organisers, we wish to form sponsorships with companies and organisations that will take an intelligent approach communicating with and among the Internet international community. We also want to learn from our sponsors by actively involving them and together, identifying the most relevant areas to their needs.

Sponsorship levels

There are several levels of sponsorship:

DIAMOND sponsorship: 35,000 € and more (+ VAT 15%)

Recognition of sponsor in Opening Remarks and in all press conferences
Recognition of sponsor in all press releases
Organisation of meetings with the Luxembourg and international press
Organisation of meetings with ICANN delegates and with representatives of the Governmental delegations
Customised assistance during all the event
Signage recognition of sponsor in registration area, doorway of event
Signage recognition on format A on the event gadgets
Sponsor highlighted with company logo on Exhibit Hall Map in Navigator/Program Guide
Recognition as sponsor on conference area of web-site with logo and 50 word description and link to web-site
Logo in conference brochure and all printed materials if contract received prior to printing
Availability of a stand within the meeting venue
Moreover, your choice between:

• Logo on lunch and coffee breaks table and on bar desks
• Logo on reception invitations and menu

PLATINUM 20,000 € and more (+ VAT 15%)
